The rise of Gen Y is upon us! They are the progressive change makers the world is looking for. However, more and more Gen Y are unemployed, underutilized, barely managing to hold onto their current jobs, and losing passion by the day. With your support, we believe we can help these high-potential young people lead meaningful and fulfilling careers that benefit and enrich their lives and the lives of others. To accomplish this, we have launched the iB-LIEVE EXPRESS.

In 2009, we were able to reach over 5,500 young leaders to help them create measurable change in their own lives as well as the lives of others. Over the next year, our goal is to reach a broader audience in greater need - high potential young people who are struggling to gain or sustain fulfilling careers. To power this incredible movement, we need your help to raise funds and get the show on the road!

EXPRESS GOALS

SERVE iB-LIEVE's career mentors and educators will deliver 100 days of programs on personal leadership, career development, and team building on campuses, in classrooms, and on athletic fields. Our change makers will coordinate 100 days of community service to target specific needs within cities throughout the country. Our researchers will hold 100 days of live, broadcasted conversations with key leaders, change makers, and experts of our nation.

BUILD Prior to, during, and after the EXPRESS, iB-LIEVE will build an online Community for Progress. Before the EXPRESS, iB-LIEVE will build a toolkit for progress containing a workbook, online resources, and innovative goal tracking tools.

BROADCAST On the EXPRESS, iB-LIEVE will broadcast the entire journey to inspire viewers throughout the country and provide meaningful and exciting education through diverse forms of media.

SUSTAIN After the EXPRESS, iB-LIEVE will open youth learning centers for progress around the country.
